Mornington Volunteer Fire Brigade (Dunedin), Estd. 1877, hand engraved/struck in silver (44mm), no maker (possibly Hislop), 'Dunedin N.Z.' in exergue on reverse, scroll, ring top and bar with pin-back suspension, obverse hand engraved on a smoothed out obverse of an unknown struck medal, struck reverse, inscribed 'Presented/To/Henry Stokes/For/5 Years Service/In/M.V.F.B./Octr.1877/To/Octr.1882'. Very fine.
