(Taranaki Cycle Road Race), handcrafted in gold (15ct, 12.3g, 35mm), no maker, ring top suspension, reverse inscribed 'T.C.R.R./1930/1st place/R.D.Sole/4h. 54m. 24s.'; also, hand engraved in gold (9ct, 2.8g, 35x25mm), by F.S. & S., ring top suspension, obverse with inscribed initials 'R.S' (R.Sole), reverse inscribed '1st/Round/Inglewood/1930'. Extremely fine, the second with twist near ring at top. (2)
