SYRIA, kings of, Seleukos IV Philopator, (187-175 B.C.), silver drachm (3.72 g). AP monogram mint, in Northern Media or Hyrkania, obv. diademed head right, rev. Apollo Delphios seated left on omphalos, testing arrow and resting hand on grounded bow; AP monogram to upper inner left, (S.6967, SC 1361.2, cf. Houghton 1198, HGC 9, 582e). Nearly very fine, porous surface, toned with areas of find patina, a few light scratches and marks.
