Miscellaneous WWII militaria, includes a small packet of Japanese cigarettes; a metal container filled with matches; a small pair of scissors; a very small compass with some damage; an Australian Army enameled pin-back colour patch badge for 2 Battalion; an unidentified cloth colour patch; Japanese bullets (9) and empty cartridges (2); odd Japanese wartime souvenirs (4); pamphlet with Japanese print; pamphlets printed in Indonesian (2) (all pamphlets with English translation); together with a note that reads, "From/F/L H W J McDonald 271010/Group 544/RAAF Pacific/Souvenirs/Jap pamphlets/"safe" Jap cartridges/etc", all stored in a damaged box marked, "48/Cartridges/S.A. Ball/.303 Inch/4 Dec 1940/VII". Poor - fine. (24)
