GORDIAN III, (A.D.238-239), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (5.09g), obv. Radiate draped and cuirassed bust right, around IMP CAES ANT GORDIANVS AVG, rev. Pax standing left holding olive branch and sceptre, around PAX AVGVSTI (RIC IVc 3, Cohen 173). Very fine.
