QUEEN ALEXANDRA, a hand written letter (approx 24x16.5cm) on Malborough House headed paper, dated May 1921, thanking doctors and surgeons who worked in the hospital during World War I, signed at the bottom "Alexandra", with original envelope with monogram. Fine.
