Description

Cameo brooch/pendant, c1875, in gold frame (tested as 15ct; tot wt 25.07g; 47x59mm + tassels), by L&W (Lamborn & Wagner), features a cameo of a lady holding a child and facing left with child holding a container of grapes, set in a decorative frame of leaves, tendrils and grapes and with a heart at the top with suspension loop and a series of tassels at the base, on the reverse is a b&w photograph of a man, no Perspex cover, pin-back with safety chain, in an unmarked case. A few tassels broken, otherwise good very fine.
