Julian II, (A.D. 360-63), silver siliqua (2.45g), Arles mint, 3rd officina, issued 361-2 AD, obv. pearl-diademed draped and cuirassed bust of Julian to right, around D N FL CL IVLI ANVS PF AVG, rev. VOT/ X/ MVLT/ XX, within wreath, eagle to right in medallion at top of wreath. in exergue TCONST, (S.19126, RIC 309, C.148-e). Toned, flan crack, good very fine, scarce.

Ex S.J. Green Collection, purchased from Noble Numismatics Sale 123 (lot 3480). Previously ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 107 (lot 3994) and also coming from an old Hungarian collection.
