Minerva standing right on galley, brandishing javelin and holding shield, owl at feet to right, IMP XIIII COS XI[II CENS P P P] (c.f. S.2730 for prototype); Hadrian, (117-138 AD), silver denarius (2.35g), obv, laureate bust right, slight drapery on far shoulder, IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. Fortuna standing left, holding a rudder and cornucopiae, PM TR P COS III (S.3521; RSC 1155; RIC 86); Caracalla, as Caesar, ( fouree denarius (3.02g), obv. laureate and draped bust right, ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rec. two captives seated either side of trophy, PART MAX PONT TRP IIII (c.f. RSC 175). Edge chip at 4 with plating loss on reverse, verdigris, nearly very fine; toned, scattered porosity on obverse, nearly very fine; Toned, scattered porsity and plating chips, very fine. (3)
