Claudius, (A.D. 41-54), AE quadrans, issued A.D.41, (3.63 g), obv. TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG around hand holding scales, PNR below, rev. SC around PON M TR P IMP COS DES IT, (S.1864, RIC 85). Deeply toned, minor surface encrustation, good very fine and scarce.
