Egypt, Alexandria, Gordian III, (A.D. 238-244), billon tetradrachm, year 4 = A.D. 240-241, (13.79 g), obv. laureate draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right, around A K M AN **GORDIAN* OC EV C, rev. L **D* across, Homonoia right hand extended, holding double cornucopiae in left hand, (S.8848, Milne 3380, Cologne 2645, Dattari 4737). Very fine/good very fine, scarce.
