Syria, Cyrrhestica, Beroea, Macrinus, (217-218 A.D.), silver tetradrachm, (13.64 g), obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, around **AUT K M IO CE MAKRINOC CE*, rev. eagle standing right, head and tail left, fantastic bird facing between legs, around **DHMARX EX [YPATOC] D*, B-E to left and right below, (S.2945, Prieur 893, Bellinger 85, BMC 19-20, Imhoof GM 784); Syria, Seleucis & Pieria, Emesa, Caracalla (A.D. 198-217), silver tetradrachm, (12.02 g), obv. laureate head of Caracalla to right, around traces of AVT KM A ANT**W*NEINOC CEB, rev. eagle standing facing, head to right, wreath in beak, draped and cuirassed bust of Shamash to left below, around **[DHMARX EX] UPATOC TO D*, (S.2652, Prieur 970).
