Egypt, Kingdom of, time of Ptolemy IX to Ptolemy X, 117-81 BC), bronze obol (23.41g), Alexandria mint, obv. diademed and horned head of Zeus-Ammon right, rev. two eagles standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed, corncuopiae to left (CPE B745; Svoronos 1426; SNG Cop 311-4). Obverse slightly offcentre, even brown patina with brassy highlights, nearly very fine.
