Egypt, Kingdom of, Ptolemy II Philadelphos, (285-46 BC), silver tetradrachm (13.11g), Tyre mint, issued 267 BC, obv. Diademed head of Ptolemy I wearing aegis right, rev. eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings closed, TYP (Tyre monogram) to left and club below, **PTOLEMAIOU SWTHROS* (CPE 561; Svoronos 644; SNG Cop 482-3). Surface marks and cleaning scratches, very fine.
