Syria, Kingdom of, Seleucos I Nikator, (312-280 BC), silver tetradrachm (16.70g), Seleucia on Tigris mint, obv. laureate head of Zeus right, rev. Athena in quadriga of horned elephants, brandishing spear and shield, anchor above to left, **SELEUKOU* in exergue, **BASILEWS* to right (SC 130; HGC 18). Scratches at 3 on reverse, fine.
