Lesbos, Methymna, (c.500/480-460 B.C.), silver hemiobol, (5.5mm, 0.25 g), obv. facing head of Silenos, rev. quadripartite incuse square, (S.-, CNG 94, lot 484, CNG 86, lot 621, CNG E-321, lot 99, Gorny & Mosch 176, lot 1279, G. Hirsch 256, lot 159 = Hauck & Aufhauser 14, lot 75). Toned, good very fine and very rare.
