Thrace, Kingdom of, Lysimachos, (323-281 BC), silver tetradrachm (16.01 g), Pergamon Mint, K type issue, obv. diademed head of the deified Alexander to right, with horn of Ammon, K under bust, rev. Athena enthroned to left, holding Nike in outstretched right hand, cult statue below, restin left arm on shield, **BASILEWS* to left and **LUSIMAXOU* to right, (cf S.6814, Thompson 220, cf Arnold-Biucchi 73). Tooled, surface roughness, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.
