Thrace, Kingdom of, Lysimachos, (305-281 B.C.), silver drachm, 17mm, (4.22 g), Ephesos Mint, struck c.294-287 B.C., obv. diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon, rev. **BASILEWS LUSIMAXOU*, on right and left sides, Athena Nikephoros seated to left, her left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background, A on throne, (S.6817, Thompson 173-4 var (control in left field), Muller 496, CNG E-129, lot 84 [same dies]). Toned, minor porosity on obverse, very fine and rare.
