Sicily, Syracuse, Hieron I, (478-466 B.C.), silver obol, (8.5mm, 0.65 g), struck c.475-470 B.C., obv. diademed head of Arethousa right, rev. wheel with four spokes, (S.917, Boehringer Series XI, 286-91 or Series XIId, 362-70, HGC 2, 1371). Lightly toned, light porosity, very fine and scarce.
