Gaul, Massalia (as a Colony founded by Phokaia), silver obol, (c.121 - 82 BC), (0.64 g), obv. youthful male head of Apollo left, rev. wheel with four spokes, M A in two quarters, (S.72, De La Tour 681, F&P OBM-11a, Depeyrot, Marseille 58). Toned, nearly extremely fine.
