Group of Six: 1939-45 Star; Africa Star; Italy Star; Defence Medal 1939- 45; War Medal 1939-45; New Zealand War Service Medal 1939-45. All unnamed but attributed to Tpr J.C.Johnston. Ribbons creased and no ribbon for last medal but a spare ribbon for second last medal, medals toned, otherwise fine - very fine.
Together with copy of a letter to Mrs Johnston regarding her son, Tpr J.C.Johnston, from a Nursing Sister, NZANS at 2nd NZ General Hospital M.E.F dated 19 May 1944.
17837 Trooper John Colin Johnston, sheep farmer, served in 2nd NZ Divisional Cavalry, 2nd NZEF.
