Group of Four: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; Australia Service Medal 1939-45. 1677 Pte W.H. (sic) Bentley. 20/Bn. A.I.F. on first medal, 1677 Pte H.W. Bentley. 20 Bn. A.I.F. on second and third medals and V357092 H.W.Bentley on fourth medal. Swing mounted, fine - extremely fine.
Together with swing mounted set of four miniature medals; ribbon bar for War Medal and Pacific Star; Anzac Commemorative Medallion badge 1915, issued 1967, in bronze (C.1915/3), inscribed to H.W.Bentley.

WWII: Herbert William Wright Bentley, PMG Accounts, age 50; Enl.02Apr1942 at Ripponlea, Vic; served in RSL Volunteer Defence Corps, The Home Guard.
