MBE Group of Six: Member of the Order of the British Empire (GVR); 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; King George V Silver Jubilee Medal 1935; King George VI Coronation Medal 1937. First, fifth and sixth medals unnamed as issued, S.E.Dunslow. A.B. on second medal, 236 S.E.Dunslow. A.B. A.N. & M.E.F. on third and fourth medals. All named medals impressed. Display mounted, very fine.
Together with a framed certificate for award of MBE. The certificate under perspex and with considerable foxing.
Order of British Empire - Member (Civil): MBE 8/6/1939 - In recognition of service to ex-servicemen.
King George V Silver Jubilee Medal - to Sidney Edward Dunslow JP, Secretary RSSILA, Melbourne.
King George VI Coronation Medal - to Sidney Edward Dunslow JP, Secretary RSSILA, Melbourne.
Sidney Edward Dunslow, resigned from bank and Enl.15Aug1914 in RAN and served as an AB in New Guinea with Naval No 4 Coy; postwar served as Secretary of Melbourne Branch of the RSL from 1921 to 1944.
