Philip II as Caesar, (A.D. 244-247), emperor (A.D. 247-249), (3.61 g), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, obv. radiate bust of Philip II to right, around M IVL PHILIPPVS CAES, rev. around PRINCIPI IVVENT, Philip II standing to left holding globe and spear, (S.9240, RIC 218d, RSC 48). Near extremely fine.
