Marcus Aurelius, as Caesar, (A.D. 161-180), AE as, issued 142, (10.71 g), obv. bare head to right, around AVRELIVS CAES AR AVG PII F COS, rev. PIETAS AVG, SC in exergue, emblems of priesthood, (S.4834, RIC 1240a, C.455). Chocolate brown patination, nearly extremely fine and rare.
