Snowtown Coursing Club, presentation medal in gold (15ct; 8.92g; 31x32mm), by J.M.W, scroll and ring top suspension, obverse inscribed, 'Presented/To/RCD/By His/Snowtown/Coursing Friends/29th Mar 1912'. Toned very fine.
At the annual meeting of the Snowtown Coursing Club in the town of Snowtown in the mid-north of South Australia a presentation was made to Mr R.C.Davis, the popular secretary of the club and in making the presentation, the President of the club said that the success of the club was largely due to Mr Davis's splendid efforts.
