Motor Cycle, award medal in gold (9ct; 6.43g; 27mm), scroll and ring top suspension, ring missing, obverse inscribed, 'WG', reverse inscribed, 'I.S & SC - V.M.C.C./W.Goodman./Full Points/Marysville Trial./Sept 1926'. Apart from missing ring top, very fine.
In the Marysville Reliability Trial held at the town of Marysville in Victoria, W.Goodman was using an Indian brand Solo motor cycle & passed the tests for Skill and Concentration in the Trial conducted by the Victorian Motor Cycle Club. Any competitor obtaining full points was issued with a gold medal.
