Return fob, in gold (15ct; 5.68g; 31.5x35.5mm), by Newman, ring top suspension but this broken, obverse inscribed, 'A.I.F', reverse inscribed, 'Presented to/No 5234/Pte. A.E.Whimpey/by his/Tarnagulla friends/on his return from/active service'. Bumps, hairlines and suspension missing, otherwise fine.
