Pamphylia, Aspendos, in the name of Alexander III, (336-323 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.77 g), issued c.307-297 B.C., obv. head of Herakles to right wearing lion skin with dotted border, rev. Zeus seated on throne to left, eagle in outstretched hand, A**S* IA to left, to right, **ALEXANDR[OU]*, (cf.S.6713, Price 2891, DCA 312). Lightly toned, nearly extremely fine.
