Territory of New South Wales, Land Grant by Purchase of a Town Allotment by Public Auction in the town of Nelligen, County of St Vincent, by John Blatchford, on vellum, signed and sealed by Governor Sir William Thomas Denison, 10th November 1859; two further Land Grants by Purchase in the town of Nelligen, County of St Vincent, by Sir William Montagu Manning, on vellum, signed and sealed by Governor Sir William Thomas Dennison, 23rd August 1860 (2); New South Wales Certificate of Title, to John Ball in the town and parish of South Wagga Wagga, in the County of Wynyard, on vellum, 7th August 1877. Sir William Montagu Manning was Solicitor General of NSW, Supreme Court Judge, Member of the NSW Legislative Assembly, early member and Vice President of the Australian Club. He advised Governor Denison on the arrangements for Queensland's separation from NSW, drafting the inaugural proclamation.
