Royal Naval Long Service and Good Conduct Medal, (GVR in Admiral's uniform), with swivelling suspender. Frederick W. Cooper A.B. H.M.A.S. "Psyche". Engraved. Incorrect ribbon, otherwise good very fine.
Fitted with the ribbon for Royal Naval Reserve Decoration.
Entitled to 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19.
Frederick William Cooper, born 05Jul1882, at Bodmin, Cornwall, England; Enl.23Apr1913 in RAN (O.N.8067) at Sydney, NSW and to AB, with previous service in Royal Navy; to Gun Layer 3rd Cl 01Apr1914; took part in Naval operations in German New Guinea 1914; various postings including HMAS Psyche 01Jul1915 to 16Oct1917; to Ldg Seaman 09Aug1917; Disch.05Sep1919.
