Description

Palestine, Judaea, Agrippa II, (A.D. 48 - 95), AE 19, (4.7 grams), issued year 26 = A.D. 86-7, obv. laureate bust of Domitian to right, partial legend around, rev. Nike standing to right writing on shield, Agrippa's name clear; another AE 21, (5.3 grams), issued year 27 = A.D. 87-8, (cf.S.5590, AJC 37, 42, H.617, 622 [93]). Weak in places but with design and many details clear, otherwise good - very fine, both rare. (2)
