RAN, six appointment certificates and documents of Seniority for Lieutenant Percy Vallack Hugo RANR (seagoing) including a rating document 'to my satisfaction' dated 15/10/1918 signed by Captain John Glossop (Captain of HMAS Sydney in the battle with SMS Emden) and others for appointment to HMAS Penguin and command of HMAS Sleuth and two for HMAS Cerberus and command of HMAS Gayundah as well as a Certificate of Competency as Master and a sworn declaration of birth details.
