Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), AE as, issued 177, (10.32 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M ANTONINVS AVG GERM SARM TR P XXXI, rev. around IMP VIII COS III, above FELICITATI AVG PP, S C across, galley rowed by four rowers to left over waves, steersman in stern, S C across field, (cf.S.5061, RIC 1194, C.188). Dark brown patination, good fine/fine and rare.
