Cappadocia, Caesarea-Eusebia, Trajan, (AD 98-117), silver didrachm, 24 mm, (6.54 g), issued 112-117, obv. laureate head right drapery on right shoulder, rev. draped female bust (Artemis) left, holding spear and patera, (Metcalf 64a, Sydenham, Caesarea 195) (illustrated); another similar second coin, Hadrian, hemidrachm, 15mm, (1.11 g), rev. club, (Syd. 257); another similar third coin, Marcus Aurelius, (AD 161-180), silver didrachm, 20mm, (6.84 g), dated Cos III (161-166), obv. laureate head right, rev. Mt.Argaeus surmounted by statue, (Metcalf 130b, Sydenham 323) (illustrated); another similar fourth coin, Elagabalus, (AD 218-222), AE 26mm, (12.82 g), year 3, obv. laureate, cuirassed and draped bust right, rev. as for third coin but on altar ET**G*, (Sydenham 522).
