Mysia, Cyzicus, Imperial times under Gallienus, (A.D. 253-268), AE 24, (8.44 g), obv. laureate bust of Gallienus to right, around **[AVT KP]LIK GALLIHNOC, rev. Artemis to right drawing arrow to place into bow, around **KUZIK NWN NEOK*, (S.-, SNG France (Mysia) 867 [same obverse die, similar reverse], BMC -, cf.SNG Cop. 136 [similar reverse die], SNG Von Aulock -); another under Imperial times under Gallienus, (A.D. 253-268), AE 22, (8.94 g), obv. laureate bust of Gallienus to left, right hand raised, around **AVT KPLIK GALLIHNOC CEB, rev. Demeter standing to left, holding corn ears and sceptre, around ACK**LHPIADOU KUZIKNWN*, (S.-, cf.SNG France 5, 886, BMC -, cf.SNG Cop. 133 [same obverse die] and 138, SNG Von Aulock -). First coin centred both sides, otherwise extremely fine and very rare; second coin well centred extremely fine and very rare, both apparently unpublished. (2)
