Italy, Venice, Giovanni Cornaro II, (1709-1722), gold zecchino, (3.49 g), obv. IOAN CORNEL / DVX / S M VENETI, St. Mark standing right, presenting banner to the Doge kneeling left, rev. SIT T XPE DAT Q TV REGIS ISTE DVCA, Christ Pantokrator standing facing within mandorla of sixteen stars, (F.1372, Paulucci p. 118, 13). Very fine, has been holed for suspension and plugged.
