Antoninus Pius, (A.D. 138-161), AE sestertius, (23.28 g), Rome Mint, issued A.D. 148-149, obv. laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right, around ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XII, rev. crossed cornucopiae each surmounted by a child's bust, around TEMPORVM FELICITAS SC, COS IIII below, S C across field, (S.4236, RIC 857, C.813). Deep brown patina, attempted cleaning patch on reverse, good very fine and a scarce type.
