Antoninus Pius, (A.D. 138-161), AE sestertius, (23.34 g), Rome Mint, issued A.D. 140, obv. laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right, around ANTONINVS AVG PI VS P P TR P COS III, rev. TIBERIS across left, S C in exergue, Tiber reclining to left resting right hand on boat, holding reed in left hand, (S.4237, RIC 643, BMC 1313, C.820). Dark brown patina, fine/very fine and scarce.
