Peloponnesos, Corinthia, Corinth, (350-338 B.C.), silver drachm, (2.76 g), obv. Pegasos flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Persephone wearing ear-ring and necklace to left, with hair tied up in corn wreath, all within incuse circular border, A - I either side of neck, (cf.S.2634, cf.BCD Corith 150, cf.SNG Cop. 61-63, cf.BMC 228 [p.23, Pl.IX, 9], cf.HGC 4, 1866). Lightly toned, nearly extremely fine and very rare, possibly unpublished.
