Australian Service Medal 1945-1975, - one clasp - SW Pacific, with pin-back ribbon suspender. NX167371 K.G.O'Brien. Pantographed. In case of issue, the clasp not fitted, uncirculated.
Together with matching miniature medal and spare ribbon; dog tags for NX167371 O'Brien K.G. (4, one hexagonal fibre compound, one hexagonal steel, one round fibre compound, and one round steel); Returned from Active Service badge (KC), reverse numbered A391609 (this was the replacement badge issued officially to replace a lost RAS badge No.A303137); Returned Sailors Soldiers & Airmens Imperial League Australia badge (KC) with 49 overlay, reverse numbered Z89985; Returned Services League Australia badge (QC) with 82 overlay, reverse numbered N81210; Rising Sun hat badges (KC) (3, oxidised bronze), and collar badges (3, one silvered, two oxidised bronze); Australia titles in oxidised bronze (5, two attached to khaki shoulder slides); Australia title slides in black and white flannel; slouch hat puggaree marked on inside, 'N.487/1944/Made in Australia/D upright broadarrow D'; a silver handcrafted pendant (25mm), scroll top suspension, inscribed on obverse, 'KO'B', with a plain reverse inscribed, '1934 ? S.W.S.D.C.C.'; neck chain, broken in half and no suspension clips.
