Lithuania under Poland, Stephan Batory (1576-1586), silver 3 groszy, 1581, obv. crowned head right around STEP D G REX PO M D L, rev. eagle and horseman III above date 15 81, three lines of legend GROS ARG/TRIP M D/LIT (illustrated); others of Poland for Danzig, Sigismund (1506-1548), obv.the crowned coat of arms of Gdask in a pearl rim, in the outer rim a legend starting with a trefoil and GROSSVS*CIVI*DANC3 *1535; rev. pearl rim, a royal bust in armour and crown, facing right, in the outer rim a legend starting with a trefoil: SIGIS*I*REX*POLO*DO*TO*PRVSS, (Kopicki 7310, Kurpiewski 471 [R1]) (illustrated; Poland, Sigismund III Vasa, 3 polkers of 1623, 1624 (KM.41).
