Sri Lanka (Ceylon), Native coinages, period of the Chola Invasion, c990-1070, gold kahavanu (4.34 g), struck 11th century, Rajaraja reclining to right holding a sankh shell; rev, Sri/Raja/Raja in Devanagari/Rajaraja standing holding g a lotus; altar, flame, and pellets-in-annulets in fields.
