Cnut, (1016-1035), silver penny, pointed helmet type, Lincoln Mint, moneyer Wulfbeorn, (1.12 g), obv. draped bust left wearing pointed helmet with central vertical line of five pellets, trefoil-tipped sceptre before, drapery of four horizontal folds and four vertical pellets breaking inner circle dividing legend +CNVT EX ANG (pellet represents a trefoil) around which begins at 12 o'clock / rev. voided short cross, limbs united at base by two concentric circles with pellet in centre, in each angle, broken annulet enclosing pellet, within inner circle (12 mm) legend +_VLBARN MO LINC around, (S.1158, N.787, BMC xiv). Toned, very fine and scarce.
