1. Fibre compound circular ID tag for 33090 Provan A.D.S. 30 AFA.; also Yorkshire metal shoulder title (a souvenir).
2. V(ictory) badge in gilt and enamel, pin-back, by Angus & Coote.
3. St Christopher/Our Lady of the Way Protect Us medal in silvered (28mm), ring top suspension.
4. Cardboard Passes for New South Wales Football League Australian Football Ground 31st March 1913 (2, one Lady's No.714, one Child No.701).
5. Cardboard disc for Interstate Football, S.A.F.Assoc. v. N.S.W.F.Assoc at Sydney July 12 & 16; also a silk patch for S.A.F.A. (45x40mm).
6. The following membership badges in metal and enamel:- Australian (Football) Ground, reverse impressed 1913-14 and 56; Delegate N.S.W.F.L. Aubrey Dundas Somerville Provan, son of William Somerville Provan and Ada Victoria Provan, law clerk, age 24, born at Creswick, Vic; Enl.01Nov1916 at RAS Showground, Sydney in 4th DAC 12th Refts; to Gunner 03Nov1916; Emb.11May 1917; TOS 8FAB, France 24Nov1917; to hospital wounded 23May1918; RTA 26Mar1919; Disch.17May1919 Medically Unfit.

William Somerville Provan and Ada Victoria Provan had four children, all who served in WWI, 4134 Sergeant Laud Rupert Somerville Provan KIA France 18 May 1917, 33090 Gunner Aubrey Dundas Somerville Provan, 17230 Driver Vivian William Somerville Provan and 4135 Roy Evelyn Percival Somerville Provan. In 1930 Aubrey Provan requested a replacement discharge certificate and made a statutory declaration that he had lost his original while riding a horse at his brother's farm at Urangeline, NSW. Urangeline is in the county of Urana in the Riverina. During the 1930s, Vivian William Somerville Provan made application for drought relief for his farm, Havilah, at Urana. The legendary rugby league footballer, Norm 'Sticks' Douglas Somerville Provan was born on a farm at Urana on 18 December 1932 along with his four brothers and three sisters before the family moved to Sydney. Therefore, Aubrey Dundas Somerville Provan is the uncle of Norm 'Sticks' Douglas Somerville Provan. Aubrey was also a good footballer playing in the Sydney team of the Young Australian Association Football Club. He was a delegate to the N.S.W.F.L. Australian Rules and a member of various sporting groups (see the above badges).
