Description
WWII, trench art brass ashtray, the base cut off from a 25 Pounder casing and fitted with three cigarette holders, one holder loose but included with lot, some of the markings on the base are, '25 Pr/II/62/MC/1941/CF' and with two broad arrows one above the initials FB, in the centre of the ashtray is mounted a large bullet with casing intact. Very fine.
