Mars naked standing to left, holding trophy and spear, COS VI, (S.2439, RIC V196, BMC V222, RSC 66) (illustrated); Vespasian, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome Mint, issued A.D. 74, (3.23 g), obv. head of Vespasian to right, rev. winged caduceus, (S.2299, RIC 75, RSC 362); Nero, (A.D. 54-68), silver denarius, issued c.65-66, Rome Mint, (2.91 g), obv. laureate head to right of Nero, rev. Salus seated to left on throne, holding patera, (cf.S.1945, RIC 52, BMC 90, RSC 314). Poor - very fine. (3)
