L. Calpurnius Piso Frugi, (90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome Mint, (3.89 g), obv. Apollo laureate head to right, cornucopia behind, rev. naked horseman galloping to right holding palm, L.PISO FRVGI and X: below, (S.235, Cr.340/1, B.Calpurnia 11). Has been cleaned, very fine or better.
