L. Calpurnius Piso Frugi, (90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome Mint, (4.04 g), obv. Apollo laureate head to right, mark of value behind, E before, rev. naked horseman galloping to right holding palm branch, L.PISO FRVGI below, O above, (S.235/1, Cr.340/1, B.Calpurnia 11). Good very fine - nearly extremely fine.
