Syria, Seleucis and Pieria, Antioch, Augustus, (B.C. 27 - 14 A.D.), silver tetradrachm, (14.59 g), dated year 28 of the Actian Era and Cos. = 4-3 B.C., obv. around **KAISAROS SE BASTOU*, laureate head of Augustus to right, rev. around ETOY**S HK* (Actian era date) NIKH**S*, Tyche seated right on rock, holding palm frond with her right hand, below, half-length figure of river-god Orontes swimming right, in right field, monogram and IB consular date, lower right field a monogram ANT (=ANTIOXI**EWN*), (S.106, Prieur 52, RPC 4153). Impressive portrait, good very fine and scarce.
